Booking an Event
To reserve a gathering:
- Reach out via email or telephone to verify availability.
- Reservation becomes confirmed after receiving a 30% deposit based on chosen package pricing.
- We suggest reserving your gathering minimum two weeks ahead to guarantee availability.
- Final payment must be completed at least three days prior to the gathering date.
- Dates cannot be reserved without a deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Circumstances occasionally shift — we recognize this. Our approach aims to remain equitable and transparent:
- Canceling 14 days or earlier before the gathering: complete deposit returned.
- Canceling between 7 and 14 days before the gathering: half the deposit returned.
- Canceling fewer than 7 days before the gathering: deposit cannot be refunded.
- Date changes are permitted when arranged beforehand and depend on availability.

Event Participation Rules
To maintain seamless and pleasant experiences, these guidelines apply:
- All games serve entertainment purposes exclusively — actual currency is not involved.
- Visitors receive tokens for gameplay that carry no monetary worth.
- Dealer rulings during disagreements are binding.
- Courteous conduct toward personnel and fellow participants is mandatory.
- We maintain authority to exclude individuals displaying inappropriate conduct or breaking these guidelines.

Liability
Our accountability includes defined boundaries:
- We cannot accept responsibility for personal items that become lost or are left unsecured.
- We bear no liability for harm resulting from participant misbehavior.
- We accept no responsibility for interruptions or delays arising from situations outside our control (force majeure).
