What's the best way to book a casino night?
Submit the contact form or call us directly. We'll explain available packages, suggest the ideal choice for your gathering, and adapt the arrangement to match your needs. Booking minimum two weeks ahead helps guarantee your chosen date.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. Your reservation is secured with a 30% deposit. Remaining payment must be completed at least three days prior to the gathering date.
What's the maximum group size?
This varies by package: Essential Casino Night accommodates up to 30, Signature up to 50, and Grand VIP up to 100. Custom arrangements can be discussed for larger groups.
Is real money used at the events?
No. All games serve entertainment purposes exclusively. Participants use tokens without monetary value, and we function within relevant legal frameworks. Focus remains on ambiance and experience, not financial exchanges.
Who runs the games at the tables?
Each table is managed by authorized dealers. They guarantee equitable play and seamless operations, enabling visitors to concentrate on enjoying the night.
What does each package include?
Every package contains dealers, tables, chips and cards, plus refreshments, and winners receive certificates or rewards. Higher-tier packages include themed decor, photography services, and additional elements—check the Offline Casino page for complete information.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
Canceling 14 days or earlier before the gathering results in complete deposit return. Between 7 and 14 days, half the deposit is returned. Fewer than 7 days, the deposit cannot be refunded. Date changes are possible when arranged beforehand and space is available.
Do you host events at external venues or other cities?
Yes. We arrange casino-style gatherings in various locations and can collaborate with venues you provide. Share your preferred hosting location and we'll handle all arrangements.
Can we tweak a package to match our needs?
Yes. Packages can be adjusted—extra tables, alternative catering, themed decor, or other modifications. Contact us and we'll develop a tailored proposal.
Do winners get anything?
Yes. Based on package selection, winners obtain certificates and/or rewards as established during reservation. Cash payments are not provided—all games utilize tokens and serve entertainment purposes. The goal is experiencing gameplay and the night, not wagering actual currency.
